🟢Due to high demand of video orders, there is a charge of £5.99 per order video. If you would like your order videoed to view on TikTok before it arrives with you, please make sure you add this to your basket to avoid disappointment. This is to ensure people that really want them get them🫶 (This charge covers the time it takes to video & edit for TikTok)💕

Please note that if you do not add the £5.99 video order there will be no video made of your order and it will be packed and shipped as normal. We do not take responsibility if you purchase separate or late and your order has already been packed.

🟣Colour preferences will be matched when stock allows, where your chosen colour is not available in certain items a random colour will be chosen

🟠We will try where we can to accommodate personal preferences, please put in the customer notes anything you really would not like to receive and we will try our best to swap these. Please note this may not always be possible! 

Once your order has been received we aim to pack your order within 1-2 working days sometimes longer during busier periods and video orders. Once shipped please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be delivered dependent on your chosen delivery method📮
