Shipping policy

Currently we only ship within the UK 

That is not to say we will not offer international shipping in the future. 

Shipping costs:

Royal Mail tracked 48 hour:£3.50 

(2-3 business days)

Royal Mail tracked 24 hour:£3.00

(1-2 business days) 

Free shipping over £40 spend will automatically apply.

Once you have placed your order it will be processed and shipped on the same working day.

Exceptions are Friday if your order is processed before 3pm it will be processed as normal after 3pm the order will not be processed until monday excluding bank holidays. 

No orders are shipped on a weekend. 

Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email/ text allowing you to track the shipping progress. 

Please allow 2 working days for your order to arrive once shipped. This is only a guideline your parcel could take longer depending on Royal Mail. 

In the event your parcel becomes lost in transit we will do everything in our power to liaise with Royal Mail to locate the order.

If you put the wrong delivery address on your order you must let us know immediately via inbox so that we can rectify before it is shipped.

In the event your parcel has already been shipped we do not take liability.

In the event of any damages please contact us immediately via inbox and we will do our best to rectify. 

International Shipping

We’re excited to now offer international shipping to the USA, Europe and the Republic of Ireland. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA – £20.00 flat rate (includes customs fees)
    Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
  • Republic of Ireland – £10.30 flat rate
    Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Europe – £12.50 flat rate
    Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to customs processing, local postal delays or peak periods.

International Shipping Restrictions

Due to international shipping regulations on beauty products, only selected products are available for international delivery. Product availability may vary depending on the destination country. Unfortunately, some items may be restricted from shipping outside the UK.

Customs & Import Fees

USA shipping prices include customs fees. For other international destinations, any customs charges, import duties or local taxes applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs on international orders unless an item arrives faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items internationally.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once parcels have been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal courier. While we will always do our best to help, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues outside of our control.

Due to the high postage costs internationally the free delivery over £40 is UK only currently.
