Yes, you can simply add a note at checkout before finalising your order with any customisations like specific items you wouldn’t like to receive & colours for luxury scoops! (Please keep in mind despite trying our best to accommodate, it may not always be possible)

Yes, all of the branded products included in our luxury scoops are sourced from trustable retailers & wholesalers. (All items have a batch code on the packaging which can be used to trace the product back to its production date and prove authenticity)

Unfortunately not, we currently don’t have enough categories for customers to receive enough variety of items to be able to have such a large quantity of scoops without a lot of duplicates! This is something we are working on improving.

If a golden spoon falls out with your scoop it means you will receive a free scoop! Your scoop will be added to your order and will be the same scoop you purchased originally.

For example: You purchase a classic scoop you will receive another classic scoop free of charge 🌟

Once your order has been shipped it depends on which courier option you have selected.

You can select 48hr which is 2-3 business days, or if you need it quicker, 24hr which is approximately 1-2 business days. Keep in mind that Christmas is the peak time of year for posting so expect delays with couriers.

Please note orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

International Orders:

Please allow 2 working days for your order to be processed and then the following standard delivery timeframes apply.

Europe & Republic Of Ireland: 3-5 working days

Once you add a video fee of £5.99 to your order this means your scoop orders will be videoed & posted to our TikTok page @Scoops&scoops. If you would like us to tag you in the video please leave your @ in the checkout notes.
